Did you get any relocation package?
Do you have any credit card?

How does the school you're working for handle lodging for foreign experts/teachers? They must have sent you information about that. If not, ask them. Not sure why you're asking us...? You have an institutional sponsor; ask them.

Oh great. Another "teacher" who is coming to China and doesn't have any money for his move overseas for employment. Don't we have enough of these people in China (and many give expats in China a very bad reputation)?

It's a bad idea to move there without enough money, simple as that. (Not trying to be rude)

OK. First: it's a super bad idea to move anywhere with no money, especially to a place where (I'm assuming) you are a visible minority, don't speak the language, and are unfamiliar with the culture.

How would you get into an apartment with no money where you live now, or in any given city in the US, for that matter? You basically can't. Your best hope would be asking people you know if you can crash with them, if they know someone, etc., right?

I would talk to the school that's hiring you; many if not most schools and agencies offer housing for their new staff, usually for the first 3-6 months, sometimes for the duration of their contract. If they didn't offer it to you, they may still have it available, they were just hoping you wouldn't ask for it.

My nephew moved out here a few months ago and, no joke, spent all his savings on rare Pokemon and Yugioh cards before he got here (don't get me started...), so he literally had about $120 USD to his name when he stepped off the plane. My brother and sister in law cut him off to teach him a lesson. I'm quite well set up here and begrudgingly slipped him a hundred RMB here or there because I didn't want him to starve, but thankfully, his school set him up with housing, so he had a roof over his head. Were it not for that, he probably would have starved to death...

Then don't make the move.

Google the housing prices in the city you are going to before you actually go.

Ask the school hiring you for help and talk this with your parents as well.

How do I move to your country with no money?

I hope you are not teaching English. The market is saturated with native English speakers without any language teaching experience.

There are plenty of opportunities in third tier cities, China is a big country.

But moving to China without money sounds like a bad idea.
