Hahaha! I actually used a couple when I lived in Turkey, but oddly enough, saw more in Greece than in Turkey! It's a shock the first time you're confronted by one. You sort of have to squat over it and balance. When I visited the Topkapi Palace, we toured the sultan's bedchambers, and sure enough there was a squat toilet!
