Default Asian

It's interesting to see the different classifications of "Asians"

Up above in Australia:

-Southeast Asia:
Basically the ASEAN countries

-Central and South Asia:
--Indian subcontinent
--Afghanistan
--Central Asian countries

-East Asia:
--Taiwan
--Japan
--Korea
--Mongolia
--China

Iran and countries west of it are not included, nor is Asian Russia.

In the US:

-Southeast Asia

-The Far East:
=East Asia in the Aussie classification

-The Indian Subcontinent

Former USSR part of Asia, Afghanistan and all countries west of it are excluded.

Are you talking about geographics or something further down south?

I think in Asia, Russia is the largest one geographically. Then comes China, and then India. I don't know if Indonesia follows after India.

In terms of population, the largest one is China, then India, then Indonesia.
Interestingly, around three fifths of the large Indonesian population live on the relatively small island of Java, the most populated island on earth.
