1700 rats have been caught so far this year in an area five times larger than a sports venue??
Sounds like a job for terriers.
That means there are only a hundred million rats left!!!

They're destructive to property, spoil food, disease carriers, spread their urine and feces they're all around nasty little critters and they're pretty darn ugly too.

order pythons from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission during summer and release them into those crevices and crannies and they eat all those rats.

once winter comes, the pythons will die due to cold. problem solved.

repeat the next summer if there are still rat survivors
