No not the go fund me dam

But its a genuine problem they have - drinking water shortage.

they got K2..all they need to do is dam that snow run-off

Go Fund Me financing will never suffice, they should divert a little bit of their Army budget in building a dam

China , Saudi Arabia and UAE's money is definitely helping recently they announced $15 Billion of investments on top of the $62 Billion by China.

i think those "investments" went to the Army
