However, like most folks that aren't Christian in this country, when it comes to private events, they simply don't care.

The only thing I complain about is the spending of public money for a religious holiday.
Yeah, you were one of those people who didn't like the money that the Obamas spent on that White House Christmas tree, weren't you?

At my company we definitely celebrate Jesus.

Jesus Martinez has kept the warehouse running smoothly for over three years.

I believe that you won this one but then those you flushed out will not admit to it.

Yes I enjoy the lights, decorations, food, and time with family and friends. School and work atmospheres are also a lot more relaxed the days before Christmas.

Happy Winter Solstice!

Do you avoid the holiday Christmas parties at work citing moral objection?

Do you put up a Christmas tree and/or holiday decorations or exchange gifts with anyone?

Do you give back your Christmas bonus (if you get one) or Christmas gift from your boss?

All of the atheists that I personally know still take part in Christmas festivities, put up Christmas trees, and exchange gifts with friends and family. Most even send out holiday cards. What gives??
You realize don't you that "Christmas" was co-opted by the Roman Catholic Church from the pagan holiday known as Saturnalia?
