I'm more in the camp of a libertarian, in as much as I don't like the constant government interference in my daily life. Sometimes that's mistaken as a liberal, because I don't think the government should aggressively regulate how people use their genitals or what they put into their bodies.

I try not to label myself as conservative, liberal, libertarian, etc. I'd rather say what my beliefs are on each issue. I think labeling oneself leads them to try and believe what the average conservative or liberal believes. Like if one labels themselves a liberal they might think they have to believe in all liberal views. When people ask me if I'm liberal or conservative I say that most people would consider me a liberal.

That's how I see it as well. I'm considered liberal in many respects, but there are some points on which I am most certainly conservative.

I see no logical reason to be conservative about anything, really. I'm very socially liberal and fiscally moderate, although I lean liberal there as well slightly.

I believe in minimal government intervention, low taxes, community welfare programs rather than government-run ones and not regulating people's lives. I am socially liberal and support equal opportunities for everyone regardless of race, sexual orientation or gender.

If your premise is correct (a doubtful proposition at best) then all on this forum should just put you on "ignore" because we should read what you type.

Bye
