This is easy, take them to a beach and give them a raft. We might start something “Take and Atheist To The Beach Day”. I bet we won’t get government funding for that event. LOL

Make it 'Take an atheist to the beach, throw them in and hold them under day', you wouldn't need government funding. Though the Republican campaign fund might start to run a bit low.
