I have used it at every site I have taken part on and have written more than 50,000 posts on them besides those I have here.

I have always felt sorry for those who detested my kind of political thinking and tried so hard to make fun of me through it. Go ahead and play your game but now you know how the name came about. You can find many instances of my writing at all those sites on Google if you choose.

Do you understand what a pun is? This thread is based on one of them and you were hauled in hook, line, and sinker.
I don't understand why you decided to bring politics into the R&P forum.

I also have reservations about those of the anti -abortion lobby who are not only males but not even married. At least Carlin was speaking up for women's rights.

Hey! I'm a leftie and.... oh wait... now I see what you meant! You meant a "Leftie!".

PS; What we lefties [as in functional right-brainers...] enjoy when we don't understand sumthin' is... well... mehbee not to talk about that in mixed company!

Anyhow, seriously for a moment, how do devout and low-tolerance Christian types deal with us Righty-Atheist types? You know: members of some Conservative Coalition, but also rejecting of the usual bow & scrape mentality?

There achtu-uhlly are some of us out here! Not a lot, admittedly, but....we're NOT all nutzo- George "Dub-Yah" Bush-Koh-Vyte types you know!

It's even OK for a semi-Libertarian semi-fossilized but educated eco-green type like me to own and cherish gunz, to be fiscally conservative, but also be truly bothered by the shrill anti-intellect bleetings of über-Conservative Christian Apologists who fancy their voting influence in Federal goverance as mandatory. "To save our country from vast moral collapse!", don't you know?

Wow! Now there's a pile of adjectives, yeah?

A somewhat more detailed background info for our various intellectuals here....

I always appreciate good humor. Keeps me from reaching for my revolver, as Herr Göring was rumored to have said*! (And I paraphrase; what was actually said was: "Wenn ich Kultur höre ... entsichere ich meinen Browning!" As in: "When I hear the word culture, I release the safety catch of my Browning!")

* It was actually a line from a play by Jorst, in 1933, Johst wrote the play Schlageter as an expression of Nazi ideology performed on Hitler's 44th birthday, April 20, 1933 to celebrate his victory. It was an heroic biography of the proto-Nazi martyr Albert Leo Schlageter. So, ha ha! Now yah knowz!

Non-prophet for sure, but there is no organization. Don't have the tax exemptions either

Do you think that I misspelled the word profit as prophet? If you do that may tell me something about your word, prophecise. I don't know what that is but I do know a pun when I see one which is what I posted.

As a teacher you are certainly probably witty enough to get a kick out of that list of puns I took that from.

I actually liked that pun, but I first heard it decades ago.
