Carl Sagan is my favorite, but I am also fond of Daniel Dennett, Jennifer Michael Hecht, Charles Darwin, Richard Dawkins, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Richard Feynman and many others, including a few teachers I have had growing up, and some online friends.
I admire a brilliant mind, a depth of self-understanding, a mild-mannered wisdom, etc. Many of my favorite atheists, aren't known for their atheism, but for their accomplishments in other fields.

Can not say I have a favorite. But I am the same with color, food, music, or anything else. Too much of anything quickly drives you off it and so there is no one color, food, music or atheist I want to fill my life with. The spice is in variety and I cherish all their actions and words equally.
That said however; if there is one atheist speaker I generally look forward to hearing new talks from more than any other I guess it would have to be Sam Harris.

The CD unbeliever regulars are my favorite atheists... but it's too hard to pick just one!

Same here
I find Dawkins and Hitchens a bit aggressive at times. Sam Harris really changed my perspective on certain things, more than any other atheist.
