HAHAHA! Oh man, that is funny. I'd love to see some vocal atheists/other comment on it and she how fast they DON'T spend 12 months in jail. Or for a plaque to NOT be put up and see exactly how the law is applied. Some laws, bad as they may seem, just BEG for a chance to be implemented so the whole thing can go public and then be kicked to the curb by the sheer stupidity of it all.
