Early Wynn, a retired pitcher, was the Jays first colour man on tv broadcasts. He always referred to the "filth" inning. Which came after the fourth and before the sixth.

Our Newfies have some colourful language. Too many to list, but here's a couple.

"Stay where you're to til I comes where you're at." (Stay put til I get there.)

"I'm just about gutfounded." (I'm hungry.)

"Whatta yat? Is ye 'ard at it alla time or wa'?" (What are you doing? Working hard?)

Do they know what started the fire? I hope it doesn't turn out to be a militant atheist, that would set our cause back considerably.

Current speculation is that it had something to do with the renovations. A lot of the chemicals they use to clean stone would have at least added to the combustion.
