The last one came rounds at 8.30. Just enough to make their trip worthwhile.

I place a large, empty bowl outside my door with a sign on it reading:

"Honor System, Please Take Just One..Happy Halloween"

Keeps the little buggers from wrecking their teeth and putting on weight, and teaches them some vague lesson about humanity.

Wouldn't work with this place. The regular bunch of 20 would take the lot and the bowl. too.

I probably had 60 or more. Some magazine rated my town as #1 in the US for Halloween. I think it is because we have very little crime and lots of neighborhoods with nice houses on small lots occupied by families with kids.

Probably doesn't warrant an entire thread, but I had to share this because I thought it was hilarious. (LMAO as everyone on the internet likes to say)

Stephen Colbert interviews Bill Maher. I love both these guys. Very entertaining.
Turns out they are poles apart.
Colbert tries to lecture infamous atheist Maher into coming back to the Catholic church...

Also love Colbert imitating Ben Carson's hands. I noticed that too. (How come nobody has mentioned Carson's weird uppy downy eyebrow movements too?)

Seriously, is their capacity to think so low? It really does worry me that their questions are so poorly thought out and their attempts at "gotcha" are downright ludicrous.

And Happey Hooleydays. Apparently we are getting a Christmas as warm as the summer we had. I can believe it. As I recall, it was freezing and raining all the time.
