Hey, let's all worship an "entity" who reportedly did the following:
killed everyone in the world except for one family
murdered Bathsheba's newborn
killed all first-born sons of Egypt
sent bears to murder children
commanded Joshua to kill all the children in Jericho
commanded Abraham to kill his son
Or, hey, let's make laws conform to the principles set forth in this book that contains the aforementioned stories. Let's declare USA is a Christian nation and make everyone who lives here comply with all that Christianity dictates. Even to the point of criminalizing women for their own personal choices made in private.

I would amend your first point to say "killed every living creature in the world except for one family of each species".

On Noah's story: God decides to wipe out humanity after, from what I understand, only about 10 generations in, decides it's all a gigantic mess and drowns the lot, even the innocent animals.
So he didn't get very far before going 'oh this was just practice, let's just trash it and start again'.
And actually Eve made a big mistake right off the bat in the very first generation.
For an all powerful creator, it seems he wasn't very good at it.
Maybe he had just started creation school. For his first two assignments, he gets a D minus.
A bit of time passes and things are still not working so he sends down Jesus to sort things out and the humans murder him. Another big fail.
After that he washes his hands of it and goes off to another part of the universe never to be heard of again.

I thought noah's story was showing us that whatever it is can't just do what it wants.
It gave plety of warning signs and and basically said "engineer your way out of this". One guy said "look at the signs? the climate is changing. Lets do ..." hey wait a min, this kind of sounds familiar ..."
Well thats what I'm assuming.
He's been very quiet since biblical times, unless you count the Latter Day Saints, when he transfered his school to the USA.

What this narrative reveals is how badly "marketed" God has been by His self-appointed advocates. The "self-designated" apostles in the present-day churches would be terminated with prejudice in any other enterprise for such a crappy job! They retained the ancient ignorance and barbaric beliefs of our primitive ancestors as if they represented an eternally accurate understanding of God. They applied no intelligence or advanced knowledge as a sign of their faith in God. It has been a travesty of global proportions that has yet to reap its full consequences.
