We had a thread on this fairly recently:

"Atheist don't have no songs" (Steve Martin) - Hilarious!

The song that always springs to mind for me is 'Losing my Religion' by REM although apparently its not about losing religion at all. Great tune though.

No wonder atheists don't have no songs if this is the best they can come up with.
I cant watch this beyond about 60 seconds.

And why does Steve Martin need to read from a songsheet? Can't he remember the words? He's echoing what the others are singing most of the time.

Is 'religion bashing' music the same as'atheist' music?

I have nothing really against religion bashing music (except for the fact that it is petty and puerile), but wouldn't true atheist music explore the non existence of god rather than focusing on religion? Is there such music?

Hello all.

What could be more unexpected than atheist country music?

Oh come on. I think the rhymes are really funny. Coptics have the Dead Sea Scrolls / Atheists have Rock and Roll.

The whole CD, called Rare Bird Alert, is very good IMO. It ends with a bluegrass King Tut.
