My all time favorite would have to be George Carlin's famous rant about people believing in an invisible man living in the sky and needing money. A close second would have to be The Onion News Network video about the Biblical Armageddon being taught alongside global warming as a legitimate theory about the end of the world.
Hmm..I had to think...life of Brian? No that isn't aimed at religion..of course not..... something out of Bill Hicks or Bill Burr...maybe one of Dark Matter's videos...but then...of course!...there is only one possible candidate...
It is not only my favorite satire on religion, it is one of the very best novels I have ever read. I rarely encounter another who has also read it, but when I do that person is always equally enthusiastic.

First, find and watch any of Dana Carvey's "Church Lady" SNL routines on You Tube. Next, watch an old clip of Kathryn Kuhlman preaching. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GMJJnET0HN4
Oh, Kathryn. She's a big reason why I'm an atheist today. I was dragooned into attending a couple of her mass revival services. There I was, surrounded by tens of thousands of crazy people...
This clip gives no evidence of the mass hysteria that characterized her events. Lasted for hours, too.
