OK....now that I've gotten over the shock of hearing the Baptists banned Disneyland.

Wait.... no I haven't.

Still.

Thank you.
I would rather put money into the house and have the wedding here than pay thousands for a rental hall for a few hours. All total this wedding will end up costing about $2,500 including the deck, guest room remake, misc things, food and clothes.

No cookies here :-(

Went out for a nice brunch, though. Finally found a local place that knows how to make omelets.

Watched a muskrat repeatedly swim under ice to fetch some stems and roots and then climb atop the ice to munch his brunch.

Stopped by my favorite produce store (ironically named Meat Farms), wrapped Christmas presents, watched The Polar Express, and now I'm kicking back with an ice cold beer while the Mr. cooks dinner. Oh, and putting the finishing touches on my final exam/paper (topic: the legal and ethical implications of pregnancy discrimination in the workplace).

Did some work on the computer after cleaning my 3 birds cages, something I do every Sunday morning while the "rest" worship.
