I really outdid myself this time.
Not only did I spend Sunday doing what amounts to manual labor, but the "manual Labor" (or labour in England) Involved finally putting up my Halloween decorations.
Our neighborhood tends to go overboard on decorating during holidays, but so far, this year, the Halloween decorations have been fewer.
It would be impossible for someone to drive by our house and not be smitten with the Halloween Spirit.......A likely, not be frightened as well
And what is there now, does not include the animatronics that jump out when a person walks by...the creepy talking witch, the goul that jumps out of the coffin etc...those we save for the night of Halloween
If any Vizios saw me doing that today, they would have been likely offended, but then again, Halloween is, like most things, offensive to certain religious fanatics, which just makes it even more fun that it already is.
Ah, I had a glorious Sunday morning! I woke up before dawn and went fishing for a few hours (caught my dinner), then went home and picked up my wife and son and went down to Orange Beach to put our feet in the sand, before heading over to "Boo at the Zoo" for a little while. After that, we headed to the house and fired up the grill and cooked us up some Redfish and Flounder. Ended the night watching Ninja Turtles with my son.
I drove 25 miles to check and fill my deer feeder. Then, drove 25 miles back home.
Environmentally impeccable. I did the usual. Coffee, posting here, breakfast...believe me, the time I get up, that's the morning gone..

Mimosa champagne sounds cool.
