Whether she is 'nice' or not, I can't imagine anyone would continue to indulge in conversation with her more than necessary for work related issues.
This is no different than people that talk continuously and in detail about every little medical issue or children/grandchildren.

There's the one right there. On company time, if you guys are forced to watch videos, you have a case for Establishment clause, unless these videos are voluntary. Forget productivity. You can nail her right there on an issue.
It is unlawful, and unethical to force others to share your religion. You can hand someone who asks for one, a Bible or other religious book. You cannot force people to watch videos, even inside inside a church. Religion which is not voluntary is a cult.
The core point of my own religion is boundaries. Coercive religion has no place, anywhere. I've been in a couple of situations with lesson plans or videos, or the like. I try to slip out.
