Undoubtedy. The suggestion that way is looks id chaos doesn't seem to imply a belief in an ordering mind. Of
course much of what we get is explained through physical processes (which are of course not written by a designer, but are Evolutionary' - what works, continues; what does becomes extinct.
The only way one can see a guiding hand in al that is through wishful thinking, bunked up by some human instincts about trusting in the feelings and emotions we have about ourselves.
The one about the Voice in our head and the ideas that pop into it being the revelations of a divine entity is quite laughable. It is blindingly obvious that this being says different things to different people, and always has.
