I'm not a legislator, and as it use to be, it should be left up to the states to decide and define.

Then what? Do we send them to prison? for how long? Make them pay fines? How much? Do we send them to treatment clinics to cure their gayness? How do we treat and rehabilitate them? Do we give them medicines and treatment that wire their minds the way you want it wired?

I'm sure if it was something that became a reality those in positions of law writing would come up with the systems that protected people from themselves and others.

If it's so simple and logical to make being gay illegal then it should be easy to come up with a logical answer to these questions.

Are you saying it's simple? i never did.

I do care for people, even those that would destroy our community decency, i also think they should be confronted and stopped. Believe it or not it is possible to disagree vehemently with people and still care about them.

The bible has many laws that people validate everyday without knowing it. But Christians pick and choose the ones they want follow. It's as simple as that.
