OH YES!! I can still get goose bumps listening to him play and I have been a fan of his since the early 70's. Of course, he really hasn't done much recently, a shame he died.

The word "God" is not a noun. It's not possible to understand God while thinking that the word refers to an entity.
You may have seen the phrase, "is, was, and ever shall be" associated with God. The phrase is an attempt to communicate this idea: "God" is a verb. It encompasses all the forms and tenses of the English verb "to be".
God is not *a* being. God is *all* being.
