Tower place 100 building--YAY or NAY?

Do you think it's an eye sore 'cause it's green and too loud?

Or is it an awesome unique building reminding you of Matrix and a different building in the mix of Buckhead skylines?
Basically, it gives it character?

what do you think?

Tower Place 100 has historical value - first skyscraper built in Buckhead.

Tower Place 100-I kinda like it, and like BBC said it has significance. Reminds me a little of home. I think of it as a mini or chopped off version of the "green monster" in Dallas, (AKA the Bank of America Tower in downtown Dallas)

OoOO yeah, that building in dallas looks very similar.

I wonder if the color green change be changed out by the season or holiday time?
Or ... is it permanently the green matrix building?

It's a great little building and part of an overall great development: Tower Place. It has a semi-unique design and good lighting at night. It is now dwarfed by all the other buildings within a couple of blocks, but it still fits in nicely. Regent Partners are the owner of every Tower Place building. They most recently developed 3344 Peachtree (Sovereign) the current tallest building in Buckhead. Their offices are on the 18th floor of the office component and they have cool scale models of the Tower Place buildings in their offices.

I'd like to see the area become better connected and filled in a little, although it will be diffficult in that suburban layout.

it's a neat building, from an era when everything was either brutalist concrete or a plain glass box (see coastal states or centennial plaza [pre-renovation] in downtown) because of its multi-faceted facade.

Yay, in a way! Our condo looks out at the green lights of the building and we like to think of them as artwork.
