Posting resumes is about the most passive thing you can do to find a job. Have you tried networking? Making some calls to companies that interest you? My advice to anyone who is looking for a job in Atlanta (or anywhere for that matter) is to focus on your industry and strategically get your resume in the hands of people who will read it, not stuck in Cyberspace. It doesn't surprise me that you haven't heard anything back.

Until you've got an Atlanta address, you'll continue to get no response from resumes. There are many people already in Atlanta, so most companies aren't going to waste time on people who are "thinking about relocating"- they're going to focus on the folks who are already there and can start working in a few weeks.
