How is Damascus Homes doing financially? Many builders that had numerous subdivisions under construciton have filed for bankruptcy. Has Damascus?

Until the past few weeks, they closed about 10 homes a month citywide.
Here's Atlanta's top 10 builders by number of closings. 1-Legacy, 2-Pulte, 3-Atreus Homes, 4-Bowen Family, 5-DR Horton, 6-McCar Homes, 7-KB Home, 8-Ryland, 9-Scenic Homes, 10-John Wieland.
The top four plus the nationals should make it through to the other side of this downturn. Don't know about the rest.

I have a been trying to contact a represenative from Damascus Homes abot my warranty. They will not call me back. Are they still in Business for Montreaux In-Town subdivison?

I am in the same situation for my home in Avington Glen The Arbors and... no they are no longer in business! I just found out today that the builder fired everyone a few months a go. All of the phone numbers I tried were disconnected.

I live further down New Hope and wanted to get your thoughts on Avington Glen The Arbors - meaningsoutside of Damascas going down, how's the subdivision fairing - meaning the residents, quality of life, etc... |
