Newcomers: Read this before you post!
After being on these boards for some time now, I thought this might be helpful for newcomers to read before posting. Because Atlanta is so incredibly spread out, here are some things you may want to address in your posts before pressing 'send':
1. Where will you be working (this is helpful in making a wise choice on where to live as commuting in Atlanta often ruins the experience of living here!)
2. Do you have children and what type of community are you looking for (ie: Swimming/amenities, lots of young kidds, etc.?
3. Most importantly, what is your budget for renting or purchasing a home?
