Default John Wieland vs Paul Thomas
I have finally narrowed down my search to the South Fulton Area. Does anyone have any advice pertaining to the John Wieland community Regency Oaks vs. Paul Thomas' Parkview Estates? Also, in Atlanta, is square footage more important or a floorplan that has a "wow" factor?
