Hi,
I'm looking for communities that are in the Midtown/Buckhead area that is closest commute incl. backroads as an option, to Downtown area (30303).
They should be manned gated and secured.
The communties could be residential/condo/townhomes/apt.
Lease only or for purchase, it does not matter because in the market today even in high end communities that sell only, someone will probably be putting there property up for lease because they can't sell it.
My main concern is the Area/Commute to Downtown/Security request.
Leasing budget is $2000 but willing to go $2500 depending on ammenities and other functioning needs(preschools/shopping/dining/parks/medical care)
We are comming from a golf community in Florida. If this is an option with a short commute to downtown please include.
