Here's the new city logo for Dunwoody. Anyone else think it looks like the new Wal-Mart logo?

WOW! That's eery. Betcha Walmarts lawyers come calling (but at least it looks better than the new Belk logo)

I have to assume they did that on purpose. I can't imagine why, but the similarities are too great.

That's pretty weak. Dunwoody could have done a lot better. And if they are going to copy a store, Walmart is the worst one to copy.

A better motto would be 'Five Four and a Door and Yuppies Galore.'

What is it with cities and their terrible slogans and designs? Take Decatur. Their slogan is "A City of Homes, Schools and Places of Worship"

What city on earth isn't a place with homes, schools and places of worship?

LOL! I hope Dunwoody didn't pay a lot of money for this.

It is a terrible slogan, but it's been the city's slogan for a long time.

This actually reminds me of the episode of Mad Men when Don is drunk from celebrating his award and has to run to the office to pitch slogans and starts throwing these awful cliche slogans at the client. Dunwoody would have been better served and built more community spirit if they had opened up a contest for actual residents to submit their own design and picked the best one.
