I just wanted to come back and thank everyone for the help!

Breaking down the clusters, etc. was super helpful. We're focused on Parkview at the moment!

Thanks again!!

OC check out the next Cluster over which is 17. There is a HUGE population of NYers in that cluster and a brand new Elementary School. The High School that serves it has alot of prestige University placements (several to Yale in recent years) and a rising young actor in Hollywood who recently graduated there. We have a second lake home there and a condo in Atlanta and stay out there most of the time as it is really wonderful. We came from Albany where I was born though wife born in NYC. Our next door neighbors are a couple both from the City and we have a family down from us from Watertown. More NYers on down the street three families in fact and number elsewhere in the neighborhood. Several families from Montgomery County who came into the neighborhood a dozen or so years ago when a large Copy Machine company relocated from Amsterdam. A great area where you will see other NYers often and there is great New York pizza on Scenic Highway!!! Realtors often overlook the area as it is a "stay put" area where people come and stay their entire lives in one house unlike most of the metro where if you stay somewhere four years you will leave with all different neighbors than when you came. Consequently this stay put attribute of the area means there is not alot of housing stock for realtors to show in one trip but there are some bargains on the market now in the current housing climate.
