I am looking for a nice area to move to in Atlanta Georgia. I want some conveniece, stores(grocery, fruits and veggies), restaurant, schools, jobs, low crime, hospitals, clinics etc. I am a single mom and I also have my elderly parents living with me. It is very important that if they need to go out to Dr.'s appointments or have to pick up my kids from school, etc it wont be as far, like in FL. I know that not everything will be very close.

What is your price range? Will you need to find doctors for your parents or is this already set up? Grocery stores are everywhere; do you mean you want to walk to them?

Do you have a job already? If not, you need to that first -- Atlanta is very spread out. Everything else should follow your job, in my opinion. There are nice neighborhoods all over ATL.

everything in atlanta is close. you will find everything pretty close....of course, thats part of the problem. I would never bring elderly parents to this town.
