Between the Coke Factory, Aquarium and the Zoo, what other activities would be fun for 2 boys, 11 and 4?

Stone Mountain

Also, if you want something less high-intensity, spending a couple hours in Piedmont Park would be memorable. Rolling hills, a playground, a lake, etc, all with a great backdrop of the Midtown skyline. Great place for families to spend time.

If you want a day trip, you can head up to Dahlonega, where you can pan for gold and spend time in the mountains.

I second Testa50's Stone Mountain suggestion. It's all decked out for the Holidays, with lot's of cool things for kids.

Stone Mountain Park: Georgia theme park and camping in Atlanta

Have fun!
