Default New Zip codes in Norcross

I found out about new zip codes coming to the norcross area. The zip codes are supposed to be: 30003, 30091, 30010. Question is does this mean that the current areas in norcross will be broken up? and if so anyway of finding out the new zoning of the zip codes as I'm sure it will have an impact on property value & taxes.
