Discover Mills has an indoor "glow in the dark" course, but it is also "on a slab" and about as exciting as Monster Golf.
I will also vote for Pirates Cove! It's great place actually. I think it was redone recently as they had to widen the access road from 85 to Pleasant Hill.

I like Pirate's Cove and Rainforest (on 78 by Stone Mountain), but Rainforest seemed like it needed a little sprucing-up the last time I played there.

Stone Mountain park has a mini-golf course that looks pretty great.
