I wanted some advice if anybody has seen/heard about the subdivision 'Silver Leaf'.It is on Ga 400 exit 13.zip code 30040

I just looked it up in FMLS. Every listing in that neighborhood is either sold or under contract. That's a first...

The houses look nice though.
