In the process of purchasing a home and closing on the 13th. What suggestions do you guys have for window treatments? I guess I need a good name for building a fence as well. I have no idea what to buget and I have heard people say they hung thier own. I am just curious about how you would measure something that well.

For window treatments we got Faux Wood blinds at Home Depot. We got blinds for 12 windows and spent around 350.00. My husband hung them himself.

There's a store called Outrageous Bargains that's really great and somewhat inexpensive. They have a full design/window treatment service in addition to furniture and accessories. There are a few locations around town so just google them to find one near you.

We also purchased the faux wood blinds at Home Depot.
They can be cut to size if need be. |
