seems the spring is the time when you tour, visit, put in applications and hope for the rest........

just need tips for those going that route.

not sure yet whether that is what we will do, but keeping all options open.

happy Snow Day

hoping the temperatures rise as we need to get back to regular business....

Hi!

Well, if you're just starting the process, you'd better get hopping! Applications and all supporting material (e.g., teacher recommendations, JATP testing if required for the school you're interested in) are generally due by the end of February. Acceptance letters go out (for AAAIS schools) the first Friday in April. If you choose a school that requires JATP testing, you need to get that scheduled as soon as possible (the deadline is Feb. 18).

Do you have any particular schools in mind at this point? Where in town do you live?

Definitely not spring. You have little time left to get applications in. Use today to surf the net and get your apps in asap. Schools have already started observations.
