Smile South Fulton Subdivisions Kb Paul Thomas

I've decided that the South Fulton/Camp Creek area would be a good fit for us. We need to be less than 30 minutes to the airport and downtown, but I want to live in a self contained newer subdivision, which is why I ruled out intown developments. (I'm so glad to finally be able to post this!!)

Someone posted a while ago about KB and Paul Thomas, but didn't get alot of response on PT. The comments on KB are scary, and if I decided on their sd it would be an inventory home so I wouldn't have been involved in inspections during construction. So I looked for some alternatives and found I liked Paul Thomas next. Reason being, I just don't like homes where they clear all the trees, or you can tell they only have x amount of floorplans because the homes clearly look exactly the same and we want a basement. If anyone knows of something else that fits this criteria please let me know. McCarr is in the area too, but a search here only provided negative results.

Schools aren't an issue yet. I've read that as a criticism for the area on the boards, but it looks like it's on the upswing with all the new middle class coming to the area. Probably by the time I need them the schools will be totally different.

Any advice or comments are appreciated. Thank you!
