Does anyone live in the numerous town home communities along Church Rd that were built by pulte homes. I'm considering purchasing at the new development called Overlook at westbury and I'm trying to get some first hand knowledge about the area from people who live in any of these communities.

These are very well done inside though kind of small to me and the value isn't exactly there though they are new. The area is something that could go either way. Its a nice neighborhood but you pass commercial and a cemetery to get there from Atlanta rd. Its surrounded by industry and commercial which isn't that appealing to me. The good news is it is right next to the freeway and to a huge Kroger, Vinings area, it is Smyrna ITP outside the city limits so you are close to everything.
