High rise condos/lofts for rent (Atlanta, Buckhead: apartments, neighborhoods, young professionals)

Hi all,

I'm moving to Atlanta in a couple of months and was hoping somebody could give me some good leads on apartments/condos. To give you an idea of what I'm looking for:

1. Budget: Up to $2,000 per month
2. Prefer a high rise apartment/condo or loft-style apartment
3. I will be working right off of Rt. 75/just north of Rt. 285, and would prefer a short commute.
4. Single with no children
5. Would prefer an urban lifestyle
6. Indifferent to easy access to public transport
7. Would prefer to be in an area with other young professionals in their 20s

I've been looking at places in Midtown and Buckhead, but would really appreciate any advice on neighborhoods to look into and even specific buildings/complexes.
