Default Anbody bought furniture from American Signature Furniture?

We're considering buying a beautiful dining room set but I've never bought furniture from any of the name brand stores in GA before except Ashley. Did an internet search which turned up complaints from back in 2004 mostly, found 2 recent (2007) complaints about delivery problems.

BBB found in June 2007 the Buford store had 1 complaint - an "unsatisfactory record" due to "product issues" because the item didn't meet the expectations of the complainant. It doesn't specify what item/type of furniture was purchased & what expectations weren't met so that's kind of hard to go by.

Just wondering if anyone has purchased furniture from there & if they had any problems/issues or (gasp) a great experience. Any help is appreciated & thanks!

I made a purchase from them 4 years ago in another state. This was before I learned they were owned by Value City Furniture. The nice, big cozy chair I bought practically started falling apart (staples out, fabric ripping, etc) within 6 months of my purchase. They were less than helpful with my complaints.

I would never recommend buying from them.

I bought quite a bit of furniture from them recently (the Stonecrest store). I picked it up myself so I cannot vouch for their delivery, but the furniture is beautiful and good quality. I bought wood furniture though; tables, consoles, bed frames, etc so I can only say that they are great quality.

I have one piece from them (basically just an accent chair I didn't want to spend much on) and it's been okay, although not really that comfortable if you sit on it long. I will say that we have several friends that bought a ton of furniture from them a couple years ago (probably the Kennesaw store) and it took FOREVER for them to deliver...like, as in months! Forget the scheduled delivery date! Having said that, I like the furniture they all bought and it seems to be holding up well 4+ years later.

I bought two accent chairs and I picked up...the furnitures were nice and good price. Sorry, I don't have much info on delivery.

Woodstock Outlet is a great store! They have good prices, quality, and great delivery.

I don't know if they are near you, but I recommend them.

I just bought a coffee table and an end table from them a week and a half or so ago, and they were delivered when promised with no problems.

We purchased some bedroom furniture and a TV stand from them, and have been happy with our purchase. The only problem we had was that the delivery was delayed a few days from the originally scheduled date.

Where is the woodstock location, I was not able to find an address for that store. Is it a regular store or is it an outlet?

If it's worth anything, their furniture is sold in several discount furniture stores and at Big Lots.

I bought 2 leather sofas from them and love them as much as my Natuzzi leather couches and spent half the price.

Also the wood they use is harder than what Rooms to Go uses and has withstood the test of a small kid. Our RtG wood furniture scratched and dings easily comparatively.
