Any of the fabric stores will either do it for you or have a list of people who will.

Hancock fabrics has locations everywhere

Calico Corners has one in Buckhead, Dunwoody and East Cobb. (a little more upscale than Hancock.)

This is a nice fabric store in Norcross...

Best bet for getting a window seat built is to go to a website like craigslist: san francisco bay area classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events and advertise that you are looking for someone who currently works in construction or a related field who would like to earn extra money on the side. I'm sure there are a lot of people who work for the many builders who are putting up homes in Atlanta that would like to come build a window seat for you for some extra cash. Just try and get a few people to make offers so you know you get a good price for it.

Oops, that put the San Francisco craigslist... you have to make sure to click on Atlanta on the right side of the screen or you will be asking people in CA for help.
