They guy who talks about putting sperm all over the girls back and then putting a towel over it, I think it's called Superman. Although, you left out Lil John who is from Atlanta as well, and talks about putting sperm on the windows and the walls.
neither one impresses me much, but I'm sure alot of posters kids on here know them and have them on their ipods.

Truth Be Told
Andre 3000 is the best rapper out of ATL. Then T.I. Followed by Big Boi.
If you want to be exact!

Well all those artists sounds great and all but i found a new undiscovered artist who is extremely talented ... his name is Fantom Man ... look him up .... and he got this new super hot dance song called "The Fantom Man" and this other love song called "Wanna Love U" that i play for my wife every night lol
Check him out he's all over line
his main site is Fantom Man #1 Official Website though
visit it and tell me what u think
oh and i heard he does everything by himself
from making the music, recording himself, marketing himself, now thats a true artist not someone who just raps over other people beat
those people are called entertainers but they r good though

Well i agree with john89 these are entertainers not artist
and i've checked out Fantom Man and i must agree his pretty talented
but i still think T.I. is one of the best
but probably with a little time Fantom Man would be on top of them all
oh and Andre 3000 he's great i like his music
he very talented and i consider him an artist
so on that list i would give it to him

and Ludacris I can't take 'Chris Lova Lova seriously. Come on, college educated 'rappers' should be held to a higher standard. He knows better, and is just using the cloak of ignorance to mask his greed. To my knowledge real thugs don't go to college and should be able to come up with better songs than 'move b****' and 'hoes in different area codes'. Hmph, only person who's worse is Diddy.
Outkast represents what hip-hop started as....a creative outlet for social commentary and black people's plight in America. Has TI made anything remotely close to that original sound either?

That is a valid point I didn't think of it like that. Outcast has become an iconic figure around the world can say the same for ti..but I voted for him anyway.

Lyrically TI will never be on the level of Andre 3000. Point blank, period. TI makes good music no doubt but Dre is just on another level. HonestlLuda is second in lyrics and id say killer mike is third, then TI. People slip on Mike because he isn't mainstream really but he is a beast.

Outkast is the best to come out of Atlanta.
T.I. is second best because all around he is a dope rapper. He is one of the best for the same reason Tupac was one of the best. Tupac was nowhere near being the best lyricist but all the way around was a great/best rapper. His two contradicting sides that was shown on every album, his passion, presence, etc. T.I.'s Paper Trail is a classic, the first to come out of Altanta since Outkast's last classic. Paper Trail combined the street classics I'm Serious & Trap Muzik with Pop flavor and it worked.
Ludacris maybe better with his lyrics but Luda does not put out consistantly good cds like T.I. A few of Luda's cds only have a few good tracks on them (the singles). But Luda's last album is on point as well as the one before so he is improving in every way.
Killer Mike comes in as forth. He is the southern Ice Cube!
Bubba Sparxxx ISN'T from Atlanta! Lil' Jon isn't a rapper or at least shouldn't be considered one! Young Jeezy being from Atlanta is as questionable as Pastor Troy being from Atlanta! If you wasn't born n raised in 404/770 then you cannot claim Atlanta. Young Jeezy is from Hawkinsville in Middle GA but may have moved to Atlanta at some point and time.
The hottest rappers out of Atlanta are (in order):
Outkast (I know Big Boi is from Savannah just in case you wanted to point that out)
T.I.
Ludacris
Killer Mike
B.o.B.
YoungBloodZ
Young Dro
DG Yola
& From the Ol' Skool
MC Shy D
DJ Smurf aka Mr. Colli Park
Kilo Ali
Honorable Mention:
Mackboney
Big Kuntry King
Playaz Circle
Yung Joc
Rocko
Ying Yang Twins
DJ Kizzy Rock
Raheem the Dream
