Let me preface this by saying, this opinion is coming from a white boy from the burbs.....
Give T.I. a few more albums and he may end up being the best....however, its between Outkast and Ludacris.

Hot doesn't necessarily mean the best...Ludacris and Outkast have come out with several successful albums. Like I said, T.I. might surpass that.

My vote went to Ludacris but Outkast was a really close runner-up.

Ummm...this poll is interestingly different. But I like Outkast as they have represented Atl for a very long time and who could ever popularize the Rosa Parks stand or "Ms. Jackson" like they did. However, T.I. has really brought a new sound and different approach to the hip hop genre with his southern gentlemen mix of hiphop culture. I think T.I. has taken the cake for now.

Why wasn't there a choice for, "I don't think Rap is music"?
