Talking is 30033 a good place to live?

We have narrowed down to a few houses finally. One of the houses that we really like located at Zip 30033. My husband will be out of the town a lot due to his job, and it will be just me and the baby at home, so we really want to live in a safe neighborhood.

BTW, what about 30030, 30306 and 30307. Our friends recommended these subdivisions, but I found the crime risk is pretty high in these areas, I wonder if the information is correct?

Somebody also recommended 30084- TUCKER, does anyone know about this area?

30033 is more North Decatur, which is a great area for property value increase and safe neighborhoods. That area, by North Druid Hills and North Dekalb mall was nice last time I checked

Tucker is decent as well as far as I know. Has a rising hispanic population and is more diverse than it used to be.
