Given the amount of politician-officiated closed-door meetings that go on in this state, I'm not so surprised.

I would be outraged at this latest situation, but I pretty much exhausted most of my outrage fuel lambasting the last governor in office.

C'est la vie...

This IS one of the biggest new stories today here in Atlanta. I was not only shocked at the $90,000 money trail to Denise Deal, daughter of Governor Nathan Deal, but at the strong-arm political tactics of the Deal cronies.

This is America. At least I think it is. These types of things happen in Pakistan or Libya. Not in America.

Shame on Governor Nathan Deal and his cronies.

Interesting ...very interesting.

Also off topic is this the law where basically law enforcement can check "immigrants" for papers and businesses must check as well?? By immigrants - Hispanics...and the and by businesses..every single business except agriculture.

I think it will be Fox 5's agenda now to squeek out as many corruption stories about Deal as they can from this point onward; it apparently doesn't take a ton of investigative digging to find stuff. He may have opened a can of worms that can't be closed.

I never liked Deal anyway. Then again, there were no good candidates on the ballot as of the last election.

No doubt about that. Hard to believe that in a state with as many entrepreneurs and successful men/women as GA, our executive leadership choice came down to Deal and Ole Roy.
