I dunno about you guys, but this is a terrible, generic, and sure to be confusioning...name.

The developer's could have thought of something more original.

I like the name if the point is to make it somewhat organic. It's safe to say that "Buckhead Atlanta" will just be known as "Buckhead", which I think is what the developer was going for. I think "Downtown Buckhead" would have been better, because it would have the same effect, but oh well.

FYI, I am pretty sure that in order to name it "Buckhead Village", the developer may have had to get a trademark, which would be a hassle and likely very hard to do for a name with such widespread use.

I'm sure the name will grow on me, but it still sux. But like a previous persion mentioned...at least it's going (hopefully) to get done. I'm tired of seeing the ugly pit and spinning cranes(on windy days) when i come home.
