During my visit to Atl. I went to Pittman Park and was very taken back by the lack of professionalism when I visited. I was told I would get a good "hook up" if I buy now. After hearing that, I knew I was investing in the wrong place. As I rode down Butner Road which leads to Pittman Park, I saw nothing but electromagnetic fields. which are power lines which are said to cause everything from brain tumors, leukemia and other cancers. When I asked questions about the fields of power lines and asked for environmental reports on it, I was told "not to worry." You better bet that I researched how deadly the power lines can be to humans, especially children. The value of the homes went down about 8K due to lack of sales. If anyone has information of a very good builder, good areas, and good schools please reply.
