Five Oaks Apartments-Tucker, GA
Hello,
I am interested in hearing from renters, friends of renters, etc. of Five Oaks Apartments in Tucker, GA. My husband and I are strongly considering the community but would like to receive first-hand knowledge from others regarding their experiences with the managment, the Tucker area, the apartments, security, maintenance, etc.
I should mention that I am going to relocating from out-of state so my goal is to gain a clearer picture of what to expect from this seemingly impeccable apartment community before I move in. All advice is welcomed and very much encouraged!  THANK-YOU! |

Where in Tucker is this apartment complex? Most of the apartments in Tucker are several decades old and either run down, or begining to get run down. Tucker is a good place to live, but it's not a very good place for apartment living. If you want to rent in Tucker I'd consider renting a house or looking into the DuPont apartments near Publix on Hugh Howell Rd. They're the only newer apartments I know of in Tucker.

Thanks JPD for the reply. The apartment that I am interested in (Five Oaks) is located on Montreal Road, if that helps any. It was built in 2001, I believe.

I rarely drive down Montreal Road. I would think an apartment complex that new would be a pretty safe choice. The main road near there is Lawrenceville Hwy (Hwy 29). It has been under major construction for the last several months (road & bridge widening). That construction will likely continue for another year or so.

I live in 5 Oaks. I love it. Everyone is very friendly, the office people are very helpful and the Apartments are beautiful. You really get your moneys worth there. It's a good mix of older, family's and college students. they seem to all co-exist together well.
The amenities are the best. Great pool, free wash and fold, valet trash pick up.
Did i mention the pool? Yeah, it's really nice. They keep the Gym up,too.
