I am a single mom of three... looking to move from Henry County to a condo/townhome in Sandy Springs area. Looking to downsize my living space, have a slightly more urban feel and a little closer to work. I currently work off Fulton Industrial Blvd...very close to Douglasville. I would like any opinions for condos or townhouses in Sandy Springs... 3 bedrooms.. 220K budget... Riverwood High School Cluster... Please give as much details as possible... Are children living in the townhomes or older empty nesters.. local parks.. If you are living in a TH positives and negatives.

Thanks in advance...

There's quite a few to pick from -13 in the $180-220K range for that high school district. Abbotts Falls and Willow Glen seem to have the most available. Association fees seem to run anywhere from $350-450.

Sandy Springs is a great area - kind of always has been. It's quite sought after partly because of accessibility to anywhere. Just keep in mind the perimeter traffic commute to Douglasville!

Be forewarned about HOAs in some townhome complexes!
